Your fixed weekly rate includes all utilities, plus WiFi and laundry facilities. Every suite is available fully furnished at no extra charge. Suites for Hair Stylists include a Professional Stylist Chair, Shampoo Sink and storage cabinet. Nail Suites include Nail technician Chair and Table, Client Chair, Faucet Sink and storage cabinet. Suites for other salon services (i.e. non-hair and nails) are equipped with a esthetics sink and storage. 

Endless Ways to Customize Your Suite

Phenix encourages its Salon Professionals to fully customize their suites with paint, artwork, additional furniture or whatever else you can dream up!

 

 

Fixed Low Weekly Rent

Your fixed weekly rate includes all utilities, liability insurance, plus WiFi and laundry facilities. There are no hidden fees or expenses, so you can budget your business with certainty. Our low rates are locked for a minimum of an year and future increases cannot go beyond an agreed upon percentage.

No Long Term Contract

At Phenix, we don’t believe in tying you to long-term contracts. We only ask that you give 30-days notice should you decide Phenix isn’t right for you. (But we don’t think that will happen!)

24/7 direct access to the location owners who love hearing from you so that we all can make the salon better.

 

Onsite property assistant, tending to all the routine maintenance needs of the salon, as well as any other assistance you may require.

A busy client needs a cut at 11 pm?  No problem!  A bridal party needs six up-do’s at 7am on a Sunday?  No problem!  You have access to your suite at all times so that you can run your business on your terms.
