We Provide the Essentials
Your fixed weekly rate includes all utilities, liability insurance, plus WiFi and laundry facilities. Every suite is available pre-furnished at no extra charge. Suites for Hair Stylists include a Styling Chair, Shampoo Basin and Mounted Cabinet. Nail Suites include Nail technician Chair and Table, Client Chair, Faucet Sink and Mounted Cabinet(s). Suites for other salon services (i.e. non-hair and nails) are equipped with a Faucet Sink & Mounted Cabinet(s)
Endless Ways to Customize Your Suite
Phenix encourages its Salon Professionals to fully customize their suites with paint, artwork, additional furniture or whatever else you can dream up!
Fixed Low Weekly Rent
Your fixed weekly rate includes all utilities, liability insurance, plus WiFi and laundry facilities. There are no hidden fees or expenses, so you can budget your business with certainty. Our low rates are locked for a minimum of an year and future increases cannot go beyond an agreed upon percentage.
No Long Term Contract
At Phenix, we don’t believe in tying you to long-term contracts. We only ask that you give 30-days notice should you decide Phenix isn’t right for you. (But we don’t think that will happen!)

24/7 Access to Your Suite
A busy client needs a cut at 11 pm? No problem! A bridal party needs six up-do’s at 7am on a Sunday? No problem! You have access to your suite at all times so that you can run your business on your terms.

You are the expert professional and you are the only one able to select the best products for your artistry. You can sell and use any retail product and keep all the profits to yourself.
Share Your Suite at NO Extra Cost
Want to share your suite – and the cost – with a friend? You can do that, too! And there is no extra charge. Remember, it’s your business!!
Phenix Salon Suites in Charlotte is located at the Terraces at Southpark, situated near the intersection of Sharon Road and Fairview Road in the heart of South Park. Parking is free and convenient with spaces right in front of the salon.
Phenix Salon Suites in Fayetteville is located at the Marketfair Shopping Center, an upscale, open-air retail, dining and theatre complex in the heart of the Skibo and Morganton retail area of Fayetteville.
